This company was established in February, 1980 and the present partners running the concern are:

Mr. L.B. Kolte and Mr. U.C. Singh

The various responsibilities of the company have been equally divided between the two of them in an amicable manner so that the overall running of the organization is not affected. Moreover, both are equally aware of the other's portfolio and can easily supervise the other departments in case of necessity and absence of any one of them. This has in fact helped in the successful running of the organization in a very smooth manner and this is reflected in the overall growth that has taken place and new heights that are constantly achieved by both these partners who strive equally for the betterment and always open to new ideas and taking Amity to newer heights in the years to come.

Mr. L.B. Kolte has the overall control of the organizational activities mainly with factory related matters and is generally located at their factory in Saphale .He takes care of procuring material from the sampling stage from the head office ,making samples, production programme, production, quality and packing of finished goods and is involved in the process till goods leave for the port.

Mr. U.C. Singh has control over office administration and takes care of all activities at the Head Office which includes procurement and intereaction with market and suppliers, bank related activities, dealing with shipping companies for goods to be exported, accounts of the company etc.

They have an overall staff of about 25 personnel both at Head Office and Factory and about 150 permanent workers. Their daily manufacturing capacity is around 1,000 pairs per shift. Amity also has a team of professional mangers and designers.
